Booking Conditions.
For bookings made in advance of one month a £45.00 per room deposit
will be required followed by one month from the booking date a
further deposit of £45.00 per room, per night. The balance to be
paid during your stay.
For bookings made in advance of less than one month a deposit of
£45.00 per room, per night will be required. The balance to be paid
during your stay.
In the event of a cancellation every effort will be made to re-let
the room and if that is successful a full refund, less a 5% handling
charge, will be given. For every night that a room is not re-let a
sum equivalent to a nights deposit will be charged.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
